Medical Response
Your peace of mind is important to us at Park Manor. Each room is equipped with an emergency phone that will send help on the way when you need assistance. And should you need emergency care, St. Thomas Hospital is less than a mile away.

Be assured, should you return from a hospital stay, or be recovering from a fall or illness, we will be happy to have your meals delivered to your apartment while you recover. If needed, you are welcome to utilize one of many local at-home nursing, sitter, or personal care services to help you get back on your feet. Even in the event of a more serious condition, you have options to get the extra temporary assistance you need to be able to stay in your new home at Park Manor.

Laundry Room
Park Manor takes the burden out of laundry. Whether you would like to just throw a couple of things in the wash at our on site laundry room or would rather send it out and not deal with the hassle, you can expect that your needs will be met.

All laundry and dry-cleaning services are professionally attended to with the utmost care and delicacy to ensure the longevity of your personal items.

Beauty Salon-Barber Shop
Your comfortable lifestyle wouldn't be complete without the convenience and pampering of a salon-barber shop. At Park Manor, men and women can have all of their hair and nail needs taken care of right on site. Conveniently located on the second floor, our beautician does it all: Hair cuts, Perms, Manicures and Pedicures!

Full Service Library
You are encouraged to visit our library which includes many large print volumes and audio books. Residents can sign out books from our library and return them when finished. If you have a request for a particular book, our volunteer librarian will happily try to obtain it for you.  You can also utilize the book Mobil which comes twice monthly.

24-7 Monitoring
To ensure your safety, the front desk monitors all entrances into Park Manor around the clock. There are multiple security cameras placed throughout the common areas and all parking areas are monitored to observe anyone on the premises.

Housekeeping
We pride ourselves on the integrity and professionalism of our housekeeping staff. We know that it can be tough entrusting strangers amidst your personal things, that's why we carefully select and train each one of our employees. You can rest assure that we give the same attention and concern to your home that we would demand in our own.

The following is a list of responsibilities you can confidently expect from your biweekly housekeeper each time they clean your apartment. Of course, if extra time is desired in a particular area of cleaning, you and your housekeeper will make arrangements.
