Park Manor is located on a seven-acre parklike campus alongside Abe’s Garden®, a memory care center that provides residential, day and community-based services for those with Alzheimer’s and other dementias.
Multi-disciplinary research and industry best practices shaped the person-centered care model and purpose-built campus of Abe’s Garden®. Abe’s Garden® is the first memory care center in the United States dedicated to establishing a national model of care that elevates residential, day and community-based programs for those impacted by Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias.
Abe’s Garden® residential care accommodates 42 residents, with 38 single-occupancy suites and two double-occupancy suites, all of which were designed to be safe, comfortable, and to meet the needs of the residents, their family members and caregivers. Each suite is approximately 300 square feet and includes beautiful, innovative furniture by Furnished Living™ that addresses the needs of individuals living with dementia.
In addition to residential care, Abe’s Garden® offers The Club (a day program designed for individuals living at home in middle to late stages of dementia who would benefit from the engagement programs offered to residents), Abe’s Garden® Community Group (a day program for those in early stages of dementia), and At Home with Abe’s Garden® (an in-home caregiver training program).
Park Manor’s close proximity provides residents easy, frequent visitation of spouses or family members at Abe’s Garden®, and allows a seamless transition to memory care offerings, should the need arise.
